Northern Wave Productions is an Icelandic Production company started by director/writer/producer Dögg Mósesdóttir and partner Hilmar Kristjánsson. The company was part of the co-owned feminist production company Freyja Filmwork and builds on that experience and projects.

Northern Wave Productions started with the Northern Wave International Film Festival and builds on the 15 years of experience with the festival and shares the same values of artistic integrity and social equality.
The company focuses on tv, documentary, feature films and international co-productions. We also provide production service for foreign productions in Iceland in partnership with Swixer the Swedish Fixer.
Our clients include National Geographics, One Street Man and Cecil.
